RETURNING AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT
Thank you so much for shopping with us! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily issue a store credit within 15 working days of receiving your item(s). Returned item(s) are to be returned in the same condition they were received including all tags attached.
If an exchange is requested we will do our best to accommodate you with your new choice however we do not make any guarantees and a shipping charge for the new colour/size may be charged.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear and jewellery unless faulty.
Please note Feliz does not cover return postage costs for change of mind returns. The store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used as payment towards any purchase with Feliz Homewares Ltd except for gift cards.

A tracked service is recommended for your own security but it is at your own discretion.
Online returns will receive a store credit via email once item has been received at shop. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. Please note that if the order was paid via LayBuy or AfterPay your installment payments will remain being paid until the original item has been paid in full.
You can alternatively physically return item(s) to our Retail Store at 18 Bledisloe Street, Kurow for a store credit or an exchange. Please bring a copy of your packing slip or Retail Store receipt with your returned item.
PreOrders
All preorder items are able to be returned for a store credit as normal.
From time to time preorders may be delayed and we advise that you should be aware of this before purchasing. Only preorders delayed by 4 weeks or more are eligible for a full refund. Please have this in mind when purchasing a preorder item, and add this time into account for the expected delivery incase of delays out of our control. As a small business we are unable to accept cancellations on preorder items as this is a specially ordered item.
These conditions do not apply for
Faulty Items
We will follow all rules set by Consumer Guarantee Act if this occurs and try to rectify any issues. Any refunds required will be by the same channel as purchase where possible.
Wrong Item Sent
We will arrange postage for incorrect item to be returned and correct item to be sent in this situation if it were to happen.
Item unavailable
Refund for unavailable item will be done as soon as practical by the same channel as purchase. If item is delayed, all other items in order will be sent immediately while delayed item will be sent as soon as possible at our postage cost.
