Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day when placed before 11.30am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after that time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Purchases paid by direct credit will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment. If for some reason we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Pre-Orders will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them into stock.  If the date of arrival changes we will endeavour to let purchasers know as soon as possible.

If your order is required urgently please either email or phone us on 03 4360575 and we will do our best to meet your time frames.

Orders are delivered via New Zealand Post and Courierpost who offer a fast and reliable service within New Zealand.

Po Boxes are no problem :-) 

New Zealand Delivery Costs:

  • Orders up to $49.99: $8.00 Nationwide 
  • Orders $50.00 and over: FREE Delivery
  • Rural delivery for ALL parcels will incur a surcharge of $4.80
  • Local - Free Delivery or Pick Up Kurow

Once your order has been dispatched please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Delivery time frames are for business days only and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Saturday delivery is only available in certain areas for an additional cost, and must be arranged prior to purchasing. 

Please note that these are targeted delivery time frames - disruptions such as bad weather can cause delays. Delays can also occur at busy times of the year such as Christmas due to additional freight volumes. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking to ensure your parcel is delivered on time.

Tracking Your Parcel:

Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically with your shipping confirmation so that you can track and trace your order online. If you do not receive your order within our delivery time frames, please either contact the courier company with your tracking details, or let us know so that we can follow up with the courier.

Rural Delivery:

Unfortunately with the increase in delivery costs we do have to charge for Rural Delivery.   We apologise for this but the cost of us covering these is just no longer possible.  Please be honest when selecting your postage as we are a small business and the Rural delivery cost can make a big difference.  Our system will pick up that you are rural when we put your address in and we will be charged. 

Please note that neither Feliz Homewares Ltd or our courier will be responsible for parcels once delivery had been made when an authority to leave has been provided. This includes replacement of or refunds for parcels tampered with, lost or stolen following delivery.

Worldwide Shipping:

We apologise but we are only able to send within NZ at this time.

Pick Up Option:

You are more than welcome to pick your purchase up from us in person. When checking out, click the "pickup" option. Our address is 18 Bledisloe Street, Kurow and pickup is available within our operating hours.  We also have a branch in Methven, you can also pick up there for free but please allow up to 3 business days to make sure stock is available there.
